Just a reminder: Yearbooks are for sale! The cost of a book is $16.00. If you misplaced your official Memory Book order form, don't worry! You can simply send money labeled with your child's name and "yearbook order".
The order forms and payment are due by Monday, March 27.

Mrs. Barkhimer's first grade students loved creating Oobleck in celebration of Dr. Seuss Day last week! The class read "Bartholomew and the Oobleck", discussed the difference between a liquid and a solid, and got to experience the non-Newtonian liquid that is oobleck! #smallschoolbigheart

Mrs. Huddleston's classroom had a guest reader today in honor of "Read Across America Day"! Russellville school bus driver and author Mr. Bob Colling entertained students as he read the classic "Cat in the Hat".
Mr. Colling also read a wonderful picture book he wrote called Pomalloon!

At Dwight Elementary, students can earn Cyclone Success Tickets when they demonstrate being safe, respectful, and responsible at school. Every Monday morning, one winner is drawn from each grade level. The winners get to choose a reward from Mrs. Malin's prize board. Here are this week's winners! Today Ava chose to chew gum in class. Luci and Cory chose a "Bring a Toy to School" ticket. Ada and Karly chose to sit in one of Mrs. Malin's rolling chairs for the day.
